For our online consulting service we charge a handling fee of EUR 145.00 for the first request (Austrian clients plus 20% VAT, foreign clients see the note at the bottom). Follow-up requests are charged by individual arrangement.

We guarantee that all information is treated strictly confidential and according to the Austrian Privacy Act (Österreichisches Datenschutzgesetz, Austrian law, DVR 0872105). Discretion and security have absolute priority. We store the data to this service in encrypted form only and on principle never do send any safety relevant information by e-mail.
Please, give us 48 hours for the reply during business hours Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (except holidays).

Note for business clients from outside Austria

Whether and how value-added tax (VAT) has to be charged, is determined by several factors, primarily by the location of the registered office of the client.
With clients from member states of the European Union, in most cases the so-called "Reverse Charge" procedure is applicable.
